Paul has extensive experience in claim management having commenced his career in 2003 with Mid-West Assessors Ltd. As a Claim Manager at CMG, Paul specialises in residential property losses that occur as a result of fire, flood, storm damage, water leaks, burglary, accidental damage, and chimney fire. His long-term industry experience provides him with strong knowledge of policy wording and the ability to apply it to a variety of unique circumstances.  

Paul understands the anxiety, stress, and frustration that follows a loss and is dedicated to providing support that relieves his customer’s stress and puts their minds at ease. He handles all aspects of insurance claims from conducting the initial assessment and completing all the paperwork to liaising with the insurer and their loss adjuster to negotiate the optimum settlement under the terms of the customer’s policy.

Paul is a member of the III (Insurance Institute of Ireland) and committed to continuing professional development to remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes to ensure his customers receive the very highest quality service.
