Ireland’s largest independent loss assessing company, Claim Management Group (CMG) is proud to announce it has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification in recognition of its unwavering commitment to international quality and customer service standards.
ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognised standard that provides a framework for quality that incorporates an organisation’s procedures and systems, resources and values that contribute to delivering quality customer service and efficiency.
As part of the ISO 9001:2015 certification process, independent accrediting organisation ISOIRL.ie carried out a rigorous audit of CMG’s quality management system, including key components such as its quality policy and range of repeatable internal processes that deliver quality and consistency as the group continues to grow.
CMG’s commitment and focus on continuous improvement of customer service delivery was also measured against international quality benchmarks.
CMG Managing Director, Niall Donaghy said achieving the ISO9001:2015 certification was a company-wide effort and a reflection CMG’s commitment to developing systems that support customers at every stage of their claim.
“I am very proud of our team and the leadership shown by our Senior Management and Operations Manager which has helped us to embed ISO9001:2015 principles throughout CMG’s approach and systems,” Mr Donaghy said.
