Since joining the company as a claims assistant in 2020, Janice has been involved in many aspects of the company. She brings extensive knowledge and experience in customer service, having spent over 20 years in America as a HR manager & customer service role.

Janice works closely with our project management and reinstatement team. She provides a quality and responsive service to all clients while supporting Senior and Junior Loss Assessors, all while efficiently managing the complete claim process.  Janice is an integral part of CMG, specialising in property claims and reinstatements.

Janice is currently studying to become a certified insurance practitioner to further develop her career at CMG.
